If you are experienced lawyer and or Commercial Manager that can start at short notice and are looking to work within a highly regarded entity on a diverse and complex project then this is a role you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Ensuring the business objectives and commercial strategy are appropriately understood 
• commercial advice/direction to protect the business objectives, including identifying and mitigating commercial risks;
• developing and implementing commercial strategies to influence commercial outcomes;
• commercial review and analysis to assist with the management of delivery disputes and challenges;
• preparing clear and concise materials to brief internal executives of complex commercial arrangements; and
• Negotiation of risk allocation

You will have 6+ years PQE ideally across the Construction/Infrastructure space. You will have exceptional negotiation & analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
