About the Role
As Commercial Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, delivering insightful analysis, highlighting key performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting commercial decision-making. You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Providing commercial support for major contracts, projects, and M&A initiatives
- Delivering financial and operational analysis to drive improved performance and profitability
- Leading and developing a small finance team, fostering capability, accountability, and collaboration
- Ensuring financial governance, internal controls, and compliance are maintained across the segment
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or commerce; CPA/CA preferred
- Proven experience in commercial finance, business partnering, and strategic analysis
- Previous experience in manufacturing and multi-site operations highly desirable
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge and guide senior leaders
- Experience managing finance teams and driving process improvement
- Analytical, proactive, and able to navigate complexity with practical solutions
