The Role
This role will see you working as the Commercial Leader. Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide financial modelling and analysis across new and existing customers;
- Deep dive into customer contracts/operational areas;
- Analysis to assist in understanding business performance and opportunities for improvement;
- Lead and coach finance and commercial teams with preparation and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts;
- Work with the executive team to quantify the financial impact of operational and market changes;
- Identify opportunities to refine current processes to further improve customer profitability;
- Forster and environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and investigating new opportunities;
- Achieve strategic growth and profitability targets by defining short term and long term activities; and
- Maintain customer relationships.
You will be CPA/CA/CIMA qualified with experience in a commercial management role demonstrating strong planning, partnering with sales/marketing functions coupled with excellent influencing skills. You will have FMCG industry experience, or similar (costumer / product based).

- Salary $150K - $170K + super level.
- 6-month contract with a genuine view to extend and permanent roles being recruited in the team.
