About the Role

I'm partnering with a growing, privately owned business operating in a high-demand, infrastructure-led sector.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused finance role supporting the next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of core finance responsibilities while helping bring greater structure, clarity and insight across the business.

This is not a pure reporting role you’ll play a key part in how finance supports decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

This isn’t a narrow reporting role. You’ll be across:

• End-to-end financials (monthly reporting, cash, forecasting)
• Pulling together numbers that actually mean something to the business
• Partnering with leadership on performance, spend and priorities
• Cleaning up / tightening processes that have grown a bit organically
• Helping build something more structured as the business scales

About You

This will suit someone who doesn’t just want to produce numbers; you want them to land.

Typically that looks like:

• A strong Senior / Accountant ready to step up
• Or a hands-on Finance Professional who still enjoys being in the detail

You’ll likely have:

• 2-4 + years in a commercial or business-facing finance role
• CA / CPA Qualified
• Solid Excel and decent systems exposure
• The ability to operate without perfect structure

Backgrounds in project-based, asset-heavy or recurring revenue environments tend to translate well.
