Our client is a high-growth fintech, founded in Australia and expanding worldwide, with the purpose to give people the freedom to own it!
Due to growth within the business, they are seeking a compliance analyst to join their external dispute resolution team on a six month fixed term contract.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Execute the end-to-end External Dispute Resolution (EDR) process
- Foster a positive working relationship with AFCA
- Acting as a key escalation point for complex matters.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Customer Service, Credit, Fraud and Product to resolve complex issues and infl uence better customer and risk outcomes.
- Manage EDR reporting and governance, delivering clear insights on trends, root causes, risk themes and customer impacts, and infl uencing senior stakeholders on recommended actions.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, legal, dispute resolution or fi nancial services, with exposure to AFCA or similar external dispute resolution frameworks.
- Strong ability to independently manage complex, sensitive matters and exercise sound judgement in balancing regulatory, customer and commercial outcomes.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify systemic issues and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills
