This group are known for delivering boutique apartment projects and new build commercial projects up to $15 mil. They have recently won a high end apartment project in the eastern suburbs and are looking for a Intermediate Contract Administrator. 

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for

• Vetting and awarding sub-contractor packages. 
• Assessing sub-contractor variations. 
• Prepare monthly budgets and forecasts. 
• Submit progress payments.
