About the role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager the corporate accounting role will be responsible for supporting the finance team with all tax, compliance, and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Management reporting
- Assist with cashflow reporting
- Manage rebates and agreements
- Handle credit applications
- Land acquisition management
- Lead year-end compliance with external advisors
- Manage taxation compliance (FBT, TPAR, BAS, annual tax planning)
- Lead annual insurance renewal and DBI review
- Coordinate corporate secretarial tasks and entity setups
- Maintain and update the group entity register
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager and backup for AR and AP functions
- Tertiary education in accounting or similar
- CPA or CA qualified
- 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role or similar
- Industry exposure to Construction beneficial
- Motivated and vibrant personality to align with the business culture

- Strong Excel and Xero experience beneficial
