This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Administrator from accountancy. The ideal person will be highly organised and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Incorporation of Companies
- Processing of Annual Company Statements
- Processing of relevant ASIC documents
- Business Name registrations
- Deregistration of companies as instructed by Partner
- Check for outstanding Corporate Fees prior to handover
- New clients – under instruction from the partner, ensure relevant files and information are received from the former account and the client, follow up on items that are missing
- Preparation of letters and invoices as required
- Document tracking and lodgements management
- Following up on documents and fees to ensure complies with lodgement due dates
- Managing registers of companies
- Communicating with clients on Corporate Compliance matters as required
- Liaising with ASIC
- Assisting fellow Corporate Compliance team members as required
- Managing own workflow
- Annual invoicing – management of own clients and assist other team members for this annual process
- At least 2 years prior experience working in a Corporate Administration role within accountancy environment is essential
- Experience with BGL CAS
- Experience working in a fast paced and demanding environment
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Appreciation for confidential matters and discretion
