About the role
An exciting, newly-created opportunity with a multinational industry-leading organisation who are a genuine "Employer of Choice" in their sector, exists in order to fill a key senior leadership role in their team. This hands-on Corporate Finance Manager role will help support the ongoing hyper-growth trajectory of the business. This is a full-time permanent role.
The responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
- Own, build and maintain the long-term corporate valuation model
- Lead financial modelling and value accretion analysis for major projects and M&A activities, including investments and funding option assessments.
- Utilise the corporate valuation model to support the establishment of our long-term business plan and budgeting, working closely with other finance team members and the broader group.
- Coordinate sustainability reporting and shareholder updates on key environmental indicators and initiatives.
- Support investor relations and stakeholder management through accurate and timely valuation processes, scenario analysis, and bespoke reporting to shareholders, including on construction activities and project operations.
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deadlines in tight timeframes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
The successful applicant will have Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success.
You will possess a Big-4 Corporate Finance or Investment Banking background and be a subject-matter-expert in Financial Modelling; with proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale valuation models. Furthermore, you will possess an extensive track record of managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders; including Board & Senior Management, and in influencing senior decision-makers.
