Key Responsibilities
- Administer credit processing, ensuring accurate allocation across multiple business units.
- Monitor outstanding amounts, follow up overdue items, and manage collection activities as required.
- Validate supplier terms and ensure trading conditions are correctly maintained within internal systems.
- Reconcile credit balances, investigate anomalies, and prepare supporting analysis.
- Support onboarding of new suppliers by verifying documentation and maintaining accurate master data.
- Strong background in credit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar transactional finance role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem‑solving capability.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
