Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Officer to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit, the role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and a ledger
- Handling queries
- Generating, editing, and resubmitting invoices as requested
- Managing the end-to-end reconciliation on accounts (accounts reconciliation, credit notes, unallocated payment application to invoices)
- Assisting the receipting officer in reconciling payments or requesting for remittances to ensure cash allocation
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar Credit Officer role previously
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
