Our client, is a large Australian company based in Sydney CBD who are looking for a credit officer to join their team on a 3 month contract. The role is best suited towards someone who has had previous experience within the credit/AR space and is able to hit the ground running. The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the National Credit Manager. Some of the tasks may include:
- Collecting outstanding debt
- Accurately maintaining customer account information
- Completing customer account reconciliations
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Investigation of un-reconciled payments
- Dealing with customer queries, investigations, and dispute resolution
- Analysing the ledger to identify collection priorities and identify any collection issues before end of month.
- Ad hoc project tasks and process improvement
- Will have at least 12 month experience in an AR/Credit role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work collaborate
