Position Description 
Reporting directly into the Credit Team Lead your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the credit risk assessment process for onboarding of new and existing customers
  • Ensure onboarding is in line with Credit Policy & Guidelines
  • Back of house credit processing
  • Provide reporting and analytical support through the scheduling, compiling and delivery of standard monthly reports
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders from Payment Solutions, New Business, Sales, Credit Risk & Compliance & AR/AP Team.
  • Fostering a great team morale by working collaboratively
  • Complete credit risk assessment using Illion
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by your manager

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Credit Officer role. The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Illion or Zendesk preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently work in a credit risk environment
  • High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Intermediate excel skills and previous experience using a large ERP system
