Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with New Balance in their search for a CRM & Loyalty Coordinator. Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, this is a rare opportunity to join one of the most recognisable brands where you will have a large influence on developing and implementing digital initiatives across email, loyalty and CRM to support the growth of this organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketing Manager to develop a monthly commercial EDM plan, create and deliver creative briefs to the agency in line with the plan.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotions across channels, including correct terms and conditions as listed in the Promotional calendar in partnership with the eCommerce team.
  • Build customer segments in Emarsys to target the right customer with the right product at the right time.
  • Work closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to create a comprehensive view of our customer across multiple platforms, leveraging the information to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the CRM & Loyalty Manager and Retail team to execute a best-in-class loyalty program.
  • Ensure customer data is clean across platforms and adheres to strict privacy policies and terms of use guidelines.
  • Prepare weekly EDM trade reports in a timely manner
  • Partner with the CRM & Loyalty Manager on additional monthly and ad hoc reporting needs as requested.
Skills and Experience
  • A proven track record within Email Marketing, CRM or Loyalty and striving for an exciting new challenge 
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar.
  • A strong passion for working within a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills are an absolute must in this fun and fast paced role.
  • An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
  • A caring and positive attitude/mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
