We’re searching for a passionate CRM Manager to join our Growth team, skilled in CRM and digital optimisation that turbo charges conversion. You will support the CRM Lead in executing key customer communication programs, with a focus on optimising engagement and driving growth.
This role is pivotal in managing Customer Comms and Engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). As part of the Growth squad within Marketing, you will also assist in broader optimisation across owned and paid channels to drive end to end conversion.
Duties
- Supporting the CRM Lead in executing Comms Automation programs including:
- Content and asset creation, data preparation, journey builds and testing
- Optimising leads, drafts and applications programs, as well as broader lifecycle comms programs
- Assist in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance
- Contribute to the Growth and Lifecycle comms strategy
- Collaborate in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of CRM and other Growth squad programs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and further shape the Growth strategy
- Content updates on the website
- Support on paid media management, optimisation and reporting
- Support on monitoring and managing social media

Skills and Experience
- You have a Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Data or a related field
- You have 3 - 5 years͛ marketing / crm / automation experience, ideally agency side or in a fast paced client side environment
- Min 2 - 3 years experience with SFMC or similar marketing automation platform preferred
- Proven track record of managing and optimising acquisition programs at all stages of the funnel
- Experience in website content management and optimisations using CMS platforms
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business objectives
- HTML, CSS and SQL experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Experience working in a regulated category is ideal, as is having experience working in an agile environment
