Based in Docklands, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality service experiences. You will be responsible for coordination and administrative support, maintaining strong and effective customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative support including customer bookings and contract creation.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Promptly manage, document, and process customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers and third parties to address queries and support processes.
- Organising/partaking in events and team meetings.
- AD hoc duties.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactive, accountable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
