About the Role:
Sharp & Carter is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, customer-focused organisation with a strong national footprint, as they seek to welcome a dynamic individual to their energetic team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. Based in Docklands, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality service experiences. You will be responsible for coordination and administrative support, maintaining strong and effective customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative support including customer bookings and contract creation.
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Promptly manage, document, and process customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers and third parties to address queries and support processes.
  • Organising/partaking in events and team meetings.
  • AD hoc duties. 
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive, accountable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
