Sharp & Carter are partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing organisation experiencing continued growth and investment nationally.
We are seeking a commercially minded Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing team in a role that blends customer service, account management and sales support.

This is not a high-volume call centre position - it’s a relationship-driven, operationally integrated role sitting at the centre of production, sales and supply chain.

The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring orders are delivered in full and on time.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary contact for allocated customer accounts
  • Managing order entry, backorders and delivery timelines
  • Proactively communicating updates and managing expectations
  • Coordinating with production, pre-press, supply chain and sales teams
  • Ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Preparing stock, forecasting and performance reports using Excel
  • Maintaining CRM and internal system accuracy
  • Organising freight and logistics where required
You’ll operate across two Sydney production sites, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.
