We are seeking a commercially minded Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing team in a role that blends customer service, account management and sales support.
This is not a high-volume call centre position - it’s a relationship-driven, operationally integrated role sitting at the centre of production, sales and supply chain.
The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring orders are delivered in full and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for allocated customer accounts
- Managing order entry, backorders and delivery timelines
- Proactively communicating updates and managing expectations
- Coordinating with production, pre-press, supply chain and sales teams
- Ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Preparing stock, forecasting and performance reports using Excel
- Maintaining CRM and internal system accuracy
- Organising freight and logistics where required
