About the Role:

A well-established business based in Scoresby is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role is central to managing customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring a professional and efficient experience from initial contact through to resolution. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating internal teams and maintaining clear communication at every stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries.
  • Log, track, and update all customer interactions within internal systems.
  • Coordinate service requests, appointments, and follow-ups with internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and work calmly under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Confident handling customer enquiries, including more complex matters.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
