- Proven experience in customer service or client support, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to a range of customer needs.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering great service.
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is highly regarded.
