Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and enquiries from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide customised product and service support using industry knowledge and internal resources.
  • Accurately maintain customer records and interactions within business systems.
  • Share customer feedback and insights to assist in ongoing service and product improvements.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard of service.
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to broader team initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
