About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s team in Ringwood. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. No two days are the same, and you’ll enjoy plenty of variety while working closely with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering prompt and professional support.
  • Process orders, quotes, and customer documentation with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met on time.
  • Maintain customer records and update systems regularly.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP exposure is a bonus.
  • Positive team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
