We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s team in Ringwood. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering prompt and professional support.
- Process orders, quotes, and customer documentation with accuracy.

- Maintain customer records and update systems regularly.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP exposure is a bonus.
