About the Role:

A well-established business based in Keysborough is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Consultant to join their team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality support to customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. You will act as a key point of contact, working closely with internal teams to resolve queries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process customer orders, requests, and updates within internal systems
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating where required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Provide general administrative support where required
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and strong team focus
