We’re partnering with a well-regarded not-for-profit aged care organisation in Epping who are looking to bring on 3 Customer Service / Admissions Consultants to support their team during a period of growth and transformation.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, with potential perm opportunity or those with full working rights.

What the Role Involves:

As an Admissions Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers , providing guidance, information, and support throughout the admissions process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Collecting detailed information and understanding client needs
  • Checking availability
  • Coordinating follow-ups and managing records accurately
  • Supporting the team in providing high-quality, person-centred service
  • Maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and safe handling of sensitive information
About You

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Experienced in call centre, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Confident speaking on the phone and managing inbound enquiries
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly (Outlook, CRM, Excel)
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional, able to handle sensitive conversations
  • A team player who thrives in a friendly and collaborative environment
Aged care experience is a plus but not essential.
