What the Role Involves:
As an Admissions Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers , providing guidance, information, and support throughout the admissions process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Collecting detailed information and understanding client needs
- Checking availability
- Coordinating follow-ups and managing records accurately
- Supporting the team in providing high-quality, person-centred service
- Maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and safe handling of sensitive information
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in call centre, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Confident speaking on the phone and managing inbound enquiries
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly (Outlook, CRM, Excel)
- Patient, empathetic, and professional, able to handle sensitive conversations
- A team player who thrives in a friendly and collaborative environment
