About the Role:

Overseeing the Customer Service Team. Working in closely with the Sales and Marketing Team, Distribution and Logistics Teams, Finance Team and Operations Team. This role will be charged with ensuring the delivery of excellence in customer service to both internal and external key stakeholders.
Liaising with Customers, External Supply Chains for Distribution and Logistics, this is a genuinely unique opportunity for a progressive Customer Service Leader to step in and further develop a high performing team and culture.

Duties:
  • Working in closely with the GM and broader leadership team to devise and implement best in class processes and procedures through the function.
  • Manage customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to upsell and increase sales with current customers.
  • Manage team performance creating a successful sales team that meets agreed sales targets
  • Supports the growth of the business through change initiatives.
Skills and Experience 
  • A tertiary qualification in a Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • 2 + years’ experience in a customer service team leadership role within a sales lead corporate environment.
  • Previous experience and an excellent understanding of sales systems, reporting systems, and customer service measurements.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting practices.
  • The ability to report and interpret multiple data sources for effective decision making and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, driven.
