Role overview
My client, a leading B2C Services Brand is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead their retention efforts. The Senior Marketing Manager - Retention will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain our existing customers and increase customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of delivering successful retention campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn rate.
  • Analyze customer behavior data and identify trends to inform retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and social media.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor retention metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience from Big B2C Services like telco, online, retail, entertainment, airline, fintech and financial services would be ideal
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Leadership experience - you are a proven leader. You know how to lead, motivate and get the best out of people and you love leading from the front
  • Experience developing and executing retention campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
