Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Effectively resolve customer enquiries in a considerate and timely manner
  • Compose thoughtful, personalised responses for a variety of customer requests
  • Triage incoming requests for internal customers
  • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through collaboration.
  • Timely answering of incoming calls, and to greet all incoming calls in a professional, courteous and polite manner.
  • Assisting customers with product, stock queries and keeping customers informed of delivery schedules.
