Sharp and Carter are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment with a great organisation based in Mascot. You will be supporting through a period of increased volumes with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries, complaints, payments, and account updates
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, verify information, or update records
  • Accurately log call details and outcomes in internal systems and CRMs
  • Transfer and escalate calls as required to appropriate departments
  • Use multiple systems to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Meet daily KPIs and contribute to team performance targets
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or high-volume phone-based customer service role
  • Confident handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the temporary assignment
