You will be supporting through a period of increased volumes with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries, complaints, payments, and account updates
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, verify information, or update records
- Accurately log call details and outcomes in internal systems and CRMs
- Transfer and escalate calls as required to appropriate departments
- Use multiple systems to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Meet daily KPIs and contribute to team performance targets
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
- Previous experience in a call centre or high-volume phone-based customer service role
- Confident handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the temporary assignment
