Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage all inbound customer-related inquiries. You will be given the opportunity to provide exceptional Customer Service and work with both key internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will have the chance to support and enhance the experience of members. This will include but will not be limited to;
- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Implement and adhere to company processes and procedures
- Communicate across various touch-points
- Liaise with internal-external stakeholders
- Project support
- Provide service information to members
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using systems such as SAP, Salesforce or Xero is highly advantageous
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
