About the role 

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills to work in a very flexible Customer Service role where you will be responsible for answering general enquiries via phone and email, this role is Monday to Friday and great WFH options. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and the ability to work from home. 

Responsibilities 

This role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on providing optimal customer support. Your duties will include but not be limited to; 
  • Offering a wide range of support to existing clients
  • Providing up to date information and helping with general enquiries
  • Responding to emails
  • Promoting a range of products to support customers’ needs
  • Building genuine rapport with customers
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed 
Skills & Experience 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong Customer Service experience 
  • Basic computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
  • Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
