The Position
  
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their market leading Australian success story in an ongoing temporary position. Based in Revesby with onsite parking, this FMCG leader has been had significant growth and are now looking to add to their expanding customer service team.
  
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be a natural team player who presents from a similar background where you have worked across multiple lines of products and understand the layered nature of the industry.
  

The Role
  • Answering all phone calls and emails with a professional and prompt attitude
  • Data entry of orders received by both email and phone
  • Provide sales support to the national sales team
  • Resolution of conflicts, following up and investigating as needed
  • Provide back up administration support as required across the business
Skills and Experience
  • Stable and proven experience working as a Customer Service Officer
  • Preferably experience dealing with high volume product lines
  • Experience using SAP, Dynamics 365 or similar ERP preferred
  • Experience order taking and following up issues
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • High attention to detail and passion for customer service
