- Track shipments daily, provide clear delivery updates, and resolve any delays or issues.
- Process customer orders, stock bookings, and delivery documentation in SAP.
- Coordinate closely with third-party warehouses and freight partners to maintain up-to-date status on dispatches and arrivals.
- Keep customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders aligned on order progress and expectations.
- Support smooth end-to-end service by identifying bottlenecks and offering proactive solutions.
- Strong SAP experience is essential.
- Proven customer service background, ideally within logistics, shipping, freight, or warehousing environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
