About the role 

In this role, you'll be based within the Finance & Admin team with 16 other employes Your days will involve managing incoming calls, processing customer orders, responding to queries, resolving issues, and collaborating with sales and finance teams. Weekly tasks include reviewing open orders, managing project queries, and keeping data updated. The role offers diverse growth opportunities, such as advancing to roles like Customer Service Team Lead, Technical Support Representative, or Sales Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of orders via various channels.
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders and distribution.
  • Invoicing for sales orders and handling warranty claims.
  • Investigate and resolve stock and delivery issues.
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to address queries.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to support customers.
  • Engage with the wider Customer Service team.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Sales and Warehouse, for efficient customer support.
  • Ensure accuracy in all tasks and explore more efficient work methods.
  • Complete regular checks and reports related to orders, stock, pricing, and more.
  
Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a product-based Customer Service role.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C customer support, preferably in retail channels.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in ERP systems like SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional customer handling skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Motivation to collaborate within a small, engaged team and champion your area of focus.
