Position Details
- Position Title: Customer Service / Receptionist
- Reports to: Customer Support Manager
- Location: Revesby, NSW
- Contract: 6 months
- Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and at reception.
- Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and direct calls professionally.
- Enter sales enquiries and customer leads into CRM and SAP systems.
- Provide admin support to the sales and service teams, including order entry and data management.
- Assist with quotes, spare parts orders, and warranty processing.
- Manage mail, filing, scanning, and general office tasks.
- Support process improvements and help digitalise admin workflows.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems highly regarded.
- Exposure to manufacturing, trade, or technical industries advantageous.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a stable, supportive team.
