The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting across the organisation. You will work closely with operational stakeholders across multiple departments to provide insights that improve performance visibility and inform business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Data or Reporting Analyst looking to step into a role with real influence and exposure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate month-end financial and management reports
- Produce weekly performance reporting for senior stakeholders
- Design, build, and maintain business dashboards
- Translate business questions into structured data models and visual insights
- Partner with departments to improve data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Respond to internal reporting and analytics requests
- Support ongoing reporting enhancements and BI initiatives
- Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Data, BI, or Reporting Analyst role
- Strong experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Exposure to SQL and structured data environments
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience within property or real estate highly regarded
