The Program is currently in early stages and is now seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery activities throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a hands-on leadership role coordinating internal delivery teams and an external implementation partner to stand up and launch the organisation's foundational CRM capability.
This is a newly created role with significant visibility across the business and high extension potential as the CRM footprint expands across functions over the next 24+ months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day CRM delivery and drive outcomes across internal and external workstreams
- Coordinate closely with a 3rd-party CRM vendor throughout delivery
- Shape delivery plans, backlogs, milestones, dependencies, issues and reporting
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, showcases and retros
- Manage stakeholders across business, digital, operations and transformation teams
- Support early design and scope shaping in a transitioning/ambiguous environment
- Partner with senior leadership to communicate progress, risks and recommendations
To be successful, you will bring a mature delivery skillset and proven experience delivering complex CRM or platform programs within enterprise environments.
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager or equivalent
- Tier 1 CRM implementation experience essential
- Experience working in Insurance industry highly regarded.
- Strong vendor delivery and commercial management experience
- Ability to operate hands-on while managing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, reporting and coordination capability
- Experience in iterative or phased delivery environments (Agile exposure highly regarded)
