Sharp & Carter are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to lead a digital platform project in the financial services space. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, developers, BA, UX, and architects to deliver a product that integrates with partner systems, meets compliance and security requirements, and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a digital product and related integration projects
• Manage daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Jira updates
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Developers, BA, UX, and Architects
• Prepare and review architecture diagrams, and present to architecture review boards
• Oversee API integrations and conduct testing using tools such as Postman
• Navigate compliance and security requirements within a regulated environment
• Work within an Agile framework to maintain momentum and quality delivery

About You

• Proven experience delivering digital products in complex environments
• Strong technical grounding (API integrations, architecture discussions)
• Skilled stakeholder manager with Agile delivery experience
• Financial services or regulated industry background highly regarded
