The Company 
Our client is a privately owned, multinational FMCG company specializing in frozen foods.
  
The Role 
Reporting to the ANZ Demand Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Centrally coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products across all customers with Account Managers, ISPs and Supply Chain Planners
  • Weekly cadence for short term demand planning horizon, communicating, and escalating issues within the short-term horizon – focus on Retail, Export and Intercompany
  • Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities
  • Develop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reporting
  • Visualize data by creating and maintaining meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the entire supply chain and providing actionable insights
  • Facilitate actions agreed to resolve the demand and supply imbalances, e.g. allocations, substitutions
  • Reporting and KPI measurement, ability to build dashboards to drive action plans and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience
  • Advanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision making
  • Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to drive and influence outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • Knowledge of SAP/APO
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & Power BI
  • Maintain positive approach to work to consistently deliver high quality output
  • Sound business process knowledge
  • FMCG Experience would be beneficial
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organisation
