Position Overview
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization and control.
- Utilize forecasting and trend analysis to ensure accurate demand planning in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Manage supplier relationships to drive efficiency, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality procurement practices.
- Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand.
- Maintain and improve key performance metrics such as DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) and inventory projections
- Engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, freight providers, and customer procurement departments, to drive cohesive supply chain strategies.
To be successful
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, planning, and inventory control.
- Strong background retail supply chain operations.
- Expertise in inventory optimization and control, with a track record of maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Advanced skills in forecasting and trend analysis, with experience working alongside sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, freight providers, and customer procurement departments
