About the Role:
- Monthly demand review, looking at forward 12-month projections across all brands/SKUs.
- Develop and conduct regular demand review sessions across all Sales Managers and BDM’s.
- Attend regular internal meetings with key stake holders.
- Responsibility for maintaining an accurate forecast across all brands.
- Weekly Order approvals across key stakeholders.
- Maximising stock turns across our key lines and minimizing potential lost sales.
- Monthly Sales and Demand Review – meeting is for all key stakeholders to understand what the budget/demand/actuals have been in the past month and the key upcoming deliverables.
- Continual Aged/Excess Stock review and plans around clearance activity.
- Understanding all key ordering factors, data analysis, seasonality, retailer promotional activity, trend analysis.
- Cash flow projections presented monthly to CFO.
- Business reporting presented across a range of monthly meetings.
(S&OP, Monthly Sales Review, Demand Review, Anker Supply Chain).
- Minimum 5+ years in previous demand / supply chain planning role within a company with products that have an EOL/superseded product.
- Experience processing orders, working with product teams and suppliers as needed.
- Knowledge in data analytics.
- Expert level knowledge of a demand planning system e.g. Netstock.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Sound knowledge of systems and different programs
- Working within a fast-paced team, collaborating with sales and DC teams.
- Strong presentation skills to a variety of stakeholders.
