The Role
As Desktop Support you will be responsible for level 1 duties, triaging, and assisting your Senior colleague with on-site / project work. You will have a clear and defined path to progress into a more Senior Analyst position:
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle help desk requests in a timely manner
- Assist with employee training, onboarding & offboarding
- Asset management and maintenance
- Configuration and deployment of hardware
- Assist staff with implementation and support of line of business applications
- Reliable on-site assistance on WA sites business units
- Liaise with vendors to resolve support requirements
- Experience in a similar role providing desktop support
- Confident in performing troubleshooting tasks, customer support & have in-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and core networking principles
- Experience with AD, exchange, ITIL
- Desired with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and above preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
