Reporting to a Senior Development Manager and working as part of a broader Property Team, you will be responsible for leading a circa 30Ha industrial and logistics development. Taking developments from origination through to completion you will play a lead role in transaction management; managing tenant enquiry, lease negotiation and feasibility analysis. You will have the support of an in-house Project Manager, particularly during construction delivery. Project reporting will be a key element of your role with full responsibility for preparation and presentation of regular reports to board and JV partners.
Successful candidates for this role will have:
- Proven experience as a Development Manager on the Eastern Seaboard.
- You must have experience in commercial, industrial or big box retail property development.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally you have had exposure to institutional level reporting
