The Role
Reporting to the Head of ICT, the Digital Applications Manager will be pivotal in shaping the future of digital platforms, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing digital competencies. This role involves overseeing critical platforms such as Sitecore, Salesforce, Azure, and ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital strategic roadmap to meet business goals.
  • Lead the development and performance of key digital competencies (DXP, CRM, Integration/APIs).
  • Manage digital architecture, software engineering practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee go-live planning, project implementations, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems architecture aligns with customer and business needs.
  • Support and mentor a team of developers, fostering professional growth and development.
Experience
  • ICT experience, preferably with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven leadership experience in a mid-large digital organization.
  • Proficiency in enterprise CMS (preferably Sitecore), Salesforce CRM, Azure, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience managing Agile projects using SCRUM methodology.
