We are currently partnering with a leading residential who are looking to recruit a Intermediate Draftsperson. This role will report to a drafting manager and work closley on landmark medium density & volume home projects. 

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture/Design
• Experience in residential drafting 
• Strong technical understanding of building res codes 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD
