Overview

The eCommerce Specialist will manage website updates across price, promotion and product, website and performance reporting, execute CRM campaigns, collab with agencies for SEO & SEM, content build and publishing, site testing & supporting with ad hoc CRO tests and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across our ecommerce sites, providing recommendations for improved UX and site performance.
  • Execute the online trading and merchandising strategy to drive conversion & revenue growth
  • Manage and execute the ecommerce content plan in line with our marketing calendar
  • Manage website and performance reporting of customer and traffic acquisition, engagement, conversions, AOV, IPT, etc.
  • Help to manage & execute the CRM strategy
  • Manage & execute SEO and SEM strategy together with the media agency
  • Support in rolling out projects, features & enhancements across sites - including CRO initiatives
  • Manage additional eCommerce channels including eBay.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and campaign reports on data and insights.
  • Continuously optimise the site and on-site products through regular content publishing and optimisation to drive best possible sell-through.
  • Manage and load all product information, content pages, website changes, updates, etc.
Qualifications
  • Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a retail e-commerce company.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven commercial thinking with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) a must, with experience in Shopify advantageous
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising e-commerce and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with agency management is desirable
  • Must be commercially forward thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work collaboratively across departments and functions
  • Excellent time and workload management with the ability to prioritise all tasks assigned
