About the Role
As an E&I Supervisor you will play a critical role on a major $500M+ project entering its final construction and commissioning phase. You will provide oversight and assurance of Electrical & Instrumentation works delivered by an EPC contractor, ensuring safety, quality and schedule outcomes are achieved. There are both Brownfield and Greenfield elements to the project. This is a6 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing client-side oversight of EPC contractor E&I construction and commissioning activities.
  • Acting as the primary authority across construction, compleitions and commissioning phases.
  • Ensuring all E&I works comply with project specifications, standards and procedures.
  • Coordinating with Operations and Maintenance teams in a live plant enviornment. 
  • Ensuring compliance with permit-to-work systems and Major Hazard Facility requirements
Project Environment
  • Large-scale capital project ($500M+ value)
  • Combination of greenfield new build and brownfield integration
  • EPC-led delivery model
  • Live operating environment requiring strong stakeholder engagement
  • Project transitioning from construction into commissioning and handover
About You 
  • Proven experience in oil & gas, refining, LNG, petrochemical or similar.
  • Strong background in client-side E&I construction roles
  • Experience working in greenfield and/or brownfield environments within live operating plants
  • Experience across E&I construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning
  • Solid understanding of permit-to-work systems and Major Hazard Facility environments
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with EPC contractors, operations and maintenance teams
