Our client is seeking an experienced and pragmatic Employee Relations Advisor to join their People & Culture team in a permanent full-time role. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and timely ER advice to leaders and stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end workplace investigations and complex case matters
  • Interpret industrial instruments, legislation, and employment policies
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of ER policies and procedures
  • Support training delivery and capability building across key ER topics
  • Represent the organisation in external forums including the Fair Work Commission
  • Contribute to enterprise bargaining processes and strategic projects as required
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an ER-focused role
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end ER casework and investigations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a large or complex organisation preferred
  • Willingness to obtain (or current possession of) a Working with Children Check and Police Check
