-    Responsible for the entire tender process
-    Complete take offs and negotiate with subcontractors
-    Support from senior team members 
-    Early involvement in D & C meetings and stakeholder relationships

Your Background
-     Experience in the commercial fit out space
-     Prior involvement in Design & Construct projects
-     Strong communication skills
-     Eye for detail with take-offs etc
