Reporting to the estimating manager;
- You will be responsible for taking tenders from start to tender submission.
- You will ideally have experience working on medium density or apartment tenders
- It is essential that you have a strong network of sub-contractors in NSW and have strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Will also be essential that you have an understanding of the Program, Prelim's & supervision
- 3-5 years in a estimating role
- Strong experience in residential/semi commercial environments
- Proven track record delivering large scale projects
- Appetite to want to grow into a management position
