My client is seeking a polished and service-driven Office Coordinator to deliver a premium workplace and member experience within a respected national organisation known for its commitment to excellence.

This is more than a reception role. It is an opportunity to curate a refined, seamless environment where every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

No weekend work. Monday to Friday only.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and colleagues, ensuring the office, Business Centre, and Member Lounge operate to an impeccable standard.
Reception and Guest Services
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Manage the national switchboard, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Coordinate meeting room and video conference bookings, including catering, AV, room set up and presentation
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and the reception inbox
Office Operations
  • Maintain high presentation standards across shared spaces and meeting rooms
  • Oversee office supplies, amenities, and inventory management
  • Manage visitor access and security processes
  • Liaise with building management and contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Proactively identify service improvements and efficiencies
Business Centre and Member Lounge
  • Coordinate bookings, enquiries, invoicing, and catering
  • Maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Support internal programs, events, and corporate initiatives
Employee Experience
  • Facilitate office inductions and welcome experiences
  • Support internal events and culture initiatives
  • Ensure amenities and shared facilities are consistently well presented

You bring experience from premium hospitality, luxury environments, concierge, cabin crew, corporate reception or service driven enviornments. You present professionally at all times and take pride in creating a calm, refined experience for others.

You are organised, proactive, confident with technology, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You anticipate needs, respond with professionalism, and thrive in environments where standards are high.
