They are now seeking an Event Designer to take the creative lead on designing and delivering events that are impactful, engaging and seamlessly executed.
About the Role
The Event Designer is responsible for the creative vision, design, and delivery of events across South Australia. Working closely with content producers, stakeholders and suppliers, you’ll bring event concepts to life, ensuring experiences are visually compelling, engaging and aligned with organisational purpose.
This is a varied and creative role combining event design, planning and operations, offering the opportunity to shape high-quality member experiences from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver event concepts, including stage design, lighting, and multimedia.
- Develop event plans, timelines and layouts to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage supplier relationships including AV, catering and production services.
- Support event administration including budgets, contracts, CRM records and reporting.
- Oversee event operations including logistics, stakeholder liaison and delegate satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-event staff briefings and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues nationally to support consistency and innovation across the event program.
You’re an experienced events professional with at least 3 years’ experience in event management or design, ideally within education, membership, or professional services. With strong creative and logistical skills, you thrive on delivering memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
